An unidentified man, on Friday, resorted to firing at the wedding ceremony of PTI MPA Malik Asad Khokhar’s son in Lahore.

During the incident, two people were injured including the minister’s brother Malik Mubashir Khokhar also known as Goga. 

According to the details shared by police sources, the injured were boarded to the hospital. In addition, the sources further conveyed, “the MPA’s brother was targeted by the assailant”.

Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar, along with prominent figures of  national political forefront were present at the gathering when firing incident took place.
