Pakistan beat Windies by 200 runs



LAHORE – Pakistan thrashed West Indies by 200 runs in a match of World Cup Twenty20 for Blinds at the Aditya Global sports ground in Bangalore on Wednesday, says information received here.
Put into bat first, Pakistan piled up 366 for the loss of one wicket in allotted 20 overs. Record-setter M Akram was star of the match as he cracked 266 runs of 92 balls while Zafar made 60 runs. West Indies while chasing the huge target could manage 166 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. Loor Shane was the highest scorer with 43 runs. Zeshan of Pakistan got three wickets. Akram was declared man of the match.
