LAHORE - The federal government has issued directions to the director generals of CAA and ASF to make arrangements at functional and non-functional airports for the safe air travel of Sharif family members during the forthcoming election campaign. The directions further said these arrangements should be made at all functional and non-functional airports of the country. The CAA and ASF officials were asked to remain vigilant and that no negligence would be tolerated in this regard. Instructions were also given for the issuance of security passes to the ground-handling staff so that fuelling and technical support of the planes used by the Sharif family members could be managed smoothly.
