Four alleged terrorists associated with the Tehreek-e- Taliban Pakistan have been arrested from Defense Housing Authority, Karachi today. Sources have revealed that these men were planning to carry out a suicide attack.

The four, namely Rehmat Shah, Zahid Hussain, Hanif alias 'Nadeem Kala' and Ashraf Ali alias 'Bhaloo' were arrested after the police acted on a tip-off.

4 kilograms of explosive material along with suicide vests and bomb making material were confiscated from the men.

Furthermore, these men have also been found to have ties with the 2011 Ghas Mandi gambling den blast.
