ISLAMABAD - Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, Monday left for Australia on a five-day official visit. The Chief of Army Staff is visiting Australia on the special invitation of Australian Chief of Defence Staff. During his visit, the COAS is scheduled to meet senior defence and military leadership of Australia. He will also co-chair the Security Dialogue being conducted between the two countries. Corps Commander 5 Corps, Lieutenant General Shahid Iqbal, and other senior military officials saw off the COAS at Karachi airport.
