KHAIRPUR - A young girl was killed over Karo-Kari rite near Khairpur on Saturday. According to Kot Diji police, the incident took place at village Moosa Thebo where accused attacked and hang a young girl Pervezan Thebo, 18, to death. Her body was shifted to Taluka Hospital Kotdiji and later handed over to her heirs. The cause of murder was to be stated so-called honour killing.
Two killed, one injured in road

Two people were killed and one injured in a road accident on National Highway near Ranipur on Saturday. According to details, a speeding trailer hit a motorcycle on National Highway near Rehman CNG Ranipur. As a result, two youth died on the spot while one other was injured seriously. He was shifted to GIMS Hospital Gambat.
The deceased were identified as Abdul Wahid Phanwar and Shuaib Ahmed Burt while injured was identified as Allah Wasayo Phanwar. The deceased and injured belong to Kandiaro.
The Ranipur police took trailer into custody while its driver fled.
