KP Assembly Speaker Mushtaf Ghani called on Punjab Assembly Speaker Ch Parvez Elahi here on Monday and discussed politics, parliamentary affairs and other matters of mutual interest. PA Deputy Speaker Dost Muhammad Mazari, MPAs and officials of legislature were also present on occasion. Parvez informed Ghani about the expanding project of the Assembly building, informing him that Punjab former CM Shehbaz Sharif had not bothered to complete it during last ten years due to jealousy as the project was his (Parvez Elahi) brainchild.  Ghani expressed regret over this, saying how former government could neglect this project despite the fact that assembly building lacked capacity to adjust the large number of legislatorS and that new buildings of Sindh and KP assemblies were already complete. He also appreciated the projects launched by Parvez as Punjab CM particularly projects like Rescue 1122 Service and provision of free medicines in the hospital emergencies were exemplary.
