Prime Minister Imran Khan along with Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan and lead federal ministers on Saturday visited the Headquarters Southern Command at Quetta Cantt.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement, COAS General Javad Qamar Bajwa received the PM at Quetta airbase.
A detailed briefing on the security situation of the Province, challenges and response. PM was also briefed about the socio-economic developments based 'Kushaal Balochistan Programm', security of CPEC projects and progress of fencing Pak-Afghan progress, the statement further read.
On this occasion, COAS said, we have achieved stability in the troubled areas of KP and now our focus is on Balochistan which is the economic future of Pakistan.
