ISLAMABAD -  Construction and repair of cy­cling tracks at various places in Islamabad by the concerned departments is in full swing to provide facilities for healthy activities to citizens. 

The work is in full swing while the work of cycling tracks has been completed at some places, said CDA officials on Sunday. 

They said the work has been started on the direc­tions of the management of the Capital Development Au­thority. According to details, construction and repair work of the cycling track along with Kachnar Park in Sector I-8 has been completed by CDA management. 

Besides, construction of a special park has been complet­ed in the ladies park adjacent to the green belt between Sec­tor I-8/2 and H-8/2 opposite Edhi Home. 

A cycling track has also been constructed along with the park so that the visit­ing families could enjoy a healthy environment. Offi­cials said that the CDA ad­ministration has also en­tered the final stages of work of Korang Cricket Ground on the land retrieved from land mafia in Malpur area of Is­lamabad, which will be inau­gurated soon.
