Will support Qadri if he takes to streets: Imran Khan

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf’s chairman Imran Khan said PTI will support Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) when it takes to streets to protest against the Model Town incident.

While talking to journalists after his appearance in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) today he said unarmed people including women were killed in Model Town incident.

Imran Khan demanded Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and Law Minister of Punjab Rana Sana Ullah should be sent to jail in terrorism case. “When we staged a peaceful protest for fair and transparent elections then why a terrorism case was registered against me?” he remarked.

Regarding PAT Chief he stated, “We want to assure Tahir ul Qadri that we will be with him, if he takes to streets.

“Leaders of all Muslim countries should stand united on the issue of shifting of its embassy by US to disputed city of Jerusalem (Al-Quds). People like Trump don’t consider Muslims as human being. Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi should take step like Turkish president Tayyip Erdogan,” he said.
