AFP, PBBF Presidents congrat new PCF Secretary

LAHORE - Athletic Federation of Pakistan (AFP) President Maj Gen (R) Muhammad Akram Sahi and Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation (PBBF) President Sheikh Farooq Iqbal have congratulated new Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) Secretary General Moazzam Khan Klair and hoped that he will take Pakistan cycling to new heights. 
They said this while a special meeting with new PCF Secretary and also discussed in details the situation of Pakistan sports and the ways which can help in improving the standard of sports in the country. Baseball Federation Pakistan (BFP) Secretary Sheikh Mazhar Ahmad and Punjab Cycling Association (PCA) Secretary Shahzada Butt were also present on the occasion. 
“PCF Secretary Moazzam Khan has a great vision of cycling and hopefully, under the dynamic leadership of PCF President Syed Azhar Ali Shah, he will take some revolutionary steps to take Pakistan cycling to new heights. They should find fresh talent and for this, they should conduct open trials, pick the top performers and train and facilitate them in training camps and provide them platforms to exhibit their prowess at higher level so that they may win laurels for the country at national and international level,” they added. 
Moazzam Khan thanked the honorable guests, saying, “Under the patronage of PCF President Syed Azhar Shah, I will try my best to utilize all my skills and expertise in hunting fresh talent and take drastic steps to promote Pakistan cycling and cyclists. We will also try to provide maximum international exposure to our top players, so that they may produce better results in international events. We are also conducting six National Road Cycling Championships and the first one will commence from Gwadar on January 31.”
