KPK urged to resolve doctors' problems

PESHAWAR: Provincial Doctors Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday demanded the incumbent Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf-led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to resolve the problems being faced by the doctors community.
Addressing a news conference here at press club, Provincial Doctors Association (PDA) Chairman Dr Shah Sawar said the doctors community are confronting with a number of problems like provision of service structure and no honorarium for house job.
He alleged that incumbent KPK Chief Minister Pervez Khattak took credit of regularising adhoc doctors but later disregard his own announcement.
Flanked by PDA other offices-bearers, Dr Shah Sawar also said that there was no proper guidelines in the hospitals for patients in major hospitals of the province due to which the already distressed ailing people confront with additional miseries.–Staff Reporter
