The Supreme Court on Saturday rejected reports regarding the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar having any social media account.

According to a press release issued by the SC, the chief justice of Pakistan does not have any social media account and that the Twitter account under his name is fake. The SC said, "It is clarified that the Chief Justice of Pakistan is neither using any twitter account, or page, nor any other ID on any other social networking websites."

Moreover, the SC has asked the FIA and PTA to block such names and IDs, pages and take legal action against the delinquents in accordance with law, the notification further said.
