Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected protective bail plea of opposition leader of Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh.
The case was heard by Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah, who rejected Haleem Adil Sheikh’s petition seeking protective bail to attend Sindh Assembly session.
The CJ IHC remarked during the hearing of the case that court has already granted protective bail for three weeks in another case and he was to appear before the respective court during that time.
The court while rejecting Haleem Adil Sheikh bail plea directed him to resort to Sindh High Court.
