ISLAMABAD - Members of the NCEAC Dr. Abdul Rehman from IBA Sukkur and Dr. Asim Imdad from MAJU Karachi visited Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) Islamabad. Dr. Muhammad Sheraz, Head of Computer Science Department (CS) alongwith others received the guests. A briefing was given to the NCEAC members about the computer science programmes being offered at FUUAST Islamabad. The NCEAC team members also visited the CS Department. The Head of CS department Dr. Muhammad Sheraz told that NCEAC is a regulatory body of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The NCEAC regulates the computer science programmes in the universities all over Pakistan. Every batch of the newly admitted students in computer science programme needs to be accredited by NCEAC. The CS department FUUAST is the largest department at Islamabad campus.
