It has been decided by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Monday that only vaccinated people would be allowed to travel by rail from October 1.

The Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar chaired the meeting, and expressed concern over the soaring ratio of COVID-19 across the country and especially in Rawalpindi and Peshawar.

Directives have been issued to the concerned districts for immediate implementation ofthe safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
