Karachi is the biggest city of Pakistan and it has big problems too like bad infrastructure, unauthorised businesses and industrialisation in residential areas, bad road conditions and environmental effects among others. Another problem is unauthorised businesses and how they are directly or indirectly related to the economy – unauthorised businesses like tuition centres, small retailing shops in areas and their incomes are not included in the Gross Domestic Production (GDP) for the country. Industries in residential areas which are also harmful for health, are also a problem.
