Literate but not educated

In the light of my nine years work experience and being a working woman, I met with people from different walks of life. Most of them were young and literate, but unfortunately, they are lacking in professional education and ethics.

I have observed that the professional behaviour of the young appointees is very uncertain. Urge of wealth, race of acquiring good opportunities make them unreliable; they shatter their commitment with the organization easily.

I suggest that educational institutes must introduce the subjects of professional values and norms to uplift them professionally.
