KPK, Balochistan enter National U-23 Football QFs

LAHORE - KPK Falcon defeated Sindh Qalander while the match between Punjab Warriors and Balochistan Bazigars ended in a goalless draw in the National U23 Football Championship at Kunj Football ground, Abbottabad. In the first, KPK Falcon defeated Sindh Qalander 2-0 to qualify for the quarterfinals. Haris Faiz scored the first goal for KPK Falcons while Asadullah doubled the margin. After that, no further goal was scored and KPK won the match 2-0. Referee Majid Khan supervised the first match, which was assisted by Adeel Anwar and Nadeem Butt. The second match between Balochistan Bazigars and Punjab Warriors ended in a goalless draw. Balochistan missed the four corners and two were wasted by Punjab. Despite the draw match, Balochistan moved to the quarterfinals. Referee M Shahnawaz supervised the second match. KPFA Member Wajid Khan Jadoon was the chief guest and he was introduced with two teams by organizing secretary Adil Khan Jadoon. Naveed Akram and Arshad Umer Zia were also present there.
