PM Imran Khan making efforts to unite all segments of society: Sheikh Rasheed

Rawalpindi-Federal Minister of Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan is making efforts to unite all segments of the society, including Ulema and Mashaikh to transform Pakistan into a true Islamic welfare state in line with the principles of Riasat-e-Medina.
He said Pakistan has largest youth population of its history who can play a vital role in putting the country on track of prosperity.
He said China has relaxed its family planning policy to allow couples to have three children after a census showed its population was rapidly ageing.
Federal Minister on Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed expressed these views while addressing “Ya Rasool Allah” conference organised by caretaker of Eid Gah Sharif Pir Naqeeb Ur Rehman here on Tuesday.
Addressing the conference, the minister said Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the last messenger of Allah and there is no messenger after Him. He said Pakistan came into being in the name of Allah and his beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He said the unity among Muslim Ummah can save the Muslims from any external aggression and from the jaws of imperial forces. He said the armed forces of Pakistan are fully capable to counter any foreign aggression. He said the whole nation is standing with the Pakistan Army. He said Pir Naqib Ur Rehman is holding the flag of Ishq e Rasool (SAW) and we all are the followers of him. “We will come out in streets and on roads under the leadership of Pir Naqib Ur Rehman for defending Namoos-e-Risalat,” he said adding that the caretaker of Eid Gah Sharif has the ability to differentiate between the right and wrong. “Here a large number of people have gathered today to attend the conference, something we the politicians expect from masses in our meetings,” said Federal Minister on Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed.
Tight security arrangements were made on the occasion by the Rawalpindi police under command of SP Rawal Division Zia Uddin Ahmed.
