LAHORE – Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has termed totally baseless and misleading the allegations levelled against PML(N) leadership regarding Mehran Bank and said that foreseeing the thumping victory of PML-N in the forth coming elections, various conspiracies are being hatched against the party leadership.
These allegations are part of the same plan, he added. He said that people became aware of some characters of this plot while remaining would also be exposed soon.
In a press statement, Shahbaz Sharif said this allegation was brainchild of the same elements which had previously accused Muslim League leadership of plane hijacking. He said that people of Pakistan had neither believed in that allegation in the past nor they would pay heed to the new one. Shahbaz Sharif said that it was his firm belief that people could not be misled through such evil conspiracies against a popular leadership.
