LAKKI MARWAT - Police arrested three suspects in two separate actions and recovered illegal weapons from them on Friday.
“Following the directives of DPO Gulzar Ali Khan, a police contingent headed by SHO Lakki Mashaal Khan captured two suspects identified as Naeem Gul and Latifullah at Zangikhel-Abakhel road’” said an official. He said that police seized two AK 47 assault rifles and 70 bullets from them and registered a case under relevant section of law in Lakki Marwat police station.
Separately, the official said, another police party of Shaheed Haibat Ali Khan police station of Darra Pezu town arrested a suspected man along with a kalakov rifle and 107 rounds on Pezu road.
“A case was registered against him and investigation is underway”, he added.
