Rawalpindi- Rawalpindi Cantt Board (RCB) has enhanced the rate per water tanker by Rs 500.
RCB administration has increased the rate per water tanker weighing 1000 gallons for commercial use from Rs 1000 to Rs 1500, for domestic use from Rs 500 to Rs 1000, while the rate of per water tanker weighing 500 gallons has been raised from Rs 400 to Rs 500.
Citizens said that water is supplied to them on alternate day and they have to purchase a water tanker twice in a week. They have demanded of the government to take notice restore the old rates or they will be forced to hold protest rallies.
