Govt to devise single regulatory system for residents in Islamabad: Asad Umar

Minister for Planning Asad Umar, on Wednesday, said that the government is working to devise a single regulatory system for Islamabad to cater to the civic needs of its residents. 

According to the details, Asad along with Special Assistant to the Prime Minister SAPM) on CDA Affairs Ali Nawaz Awan, after the inauguration of the monsoon plantation campaign, conveyed it in his address. 

He said the Prime Minister (PM) will soon formally approve the large-scale development projects for Islamabad

He went on to say that four new hospitals will be constructed in Islamabad to strengthen the health care system while a water line system of 100 million gallon daily is being constructed to address the water shortage.

Speaking over the legislation against illegal housing societies, he said the government is working to resolve all fixes soon.

It is pertinent to state here that Asad Umar urged the whole nation to participate in the Green Pakistan drive.
