Govt to improve governance system in Islamabad

Federal Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar on Wednesday said that government is going to improve governance system in federal capital and introduce one regulator system.

Talking to media persons, Asad Umar said that discriminatory system of past governments will be abolished and now Capital Development Authority (CDA) will also look after matters related to housing societies.

The minister further said that a new water scheme to provide 100 million gallons of water daily to Islamabad will be introduced under Ghazi Barotha.

He further said that government did exemplary work for rural areas of federal capital and work is underway on four hospitals.
