ATTOCK - Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Amin has said that this government is making efforts to give maximum facilities to the people and for the purpose billions are being spent. He said this while inaugurating newly installed water filtration plants in village Shinka and Behboodi. He said that in different areas, 45 water filtration plants are being installed which will ensure supply of clean and hygienic drinking water to thousands of people and in result water-borne diseases will be controlled. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is giving special preference and allocating funds for the uplift of less developed districts and its ample proof is allocation of Rs4 billion for Attock district for provision of gas facility to different villages of the district.
While giving details of this mega project, Malik Amin said that work order for provision of gas facility to additional abadis of Attock, Hazro and Hasanabdal have been issued which will cost Rs500 million and said that case for provision of gas facility to 35 villages of Jand, Pindigheb and Fatehjang has been finalised.
