Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday has declared a plea seeking disqualification of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan as inadmissible.
During the hearing, IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah dismissed the petition filed by a resident of Lakki Marwat and directed him claimant to ask his constituency’s MNA to register a plea.
It is to be mentioned here that the plaintiff adopted a stance in the petition that the premier had told 16 members of National Assembly (NA) sold their loyalties in Senate elections.
