Sheikh Rashid visits family of Murree tragedy victims

Rawalpindi   - Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Khan on Monday paid a visit to Kuri Road to condole the deaths of Shehzad Ismail and five of family members here on Monday.

Shehzad Ismail (46) an auto workshop owner, died along with his wife Saima Shehzad (36) and four children Sami Ullah (10), Habib Ullah Shehzad (8), Aisha Shehzad (7) and Iqra Shehzad (5) after being trapped in snow storm in Murree on Friday last.

During a meeting with brother of deceased, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed extended sympathies to the bereaved heirs and offered fateha.

Sheikh Rashid said the Punjab, as well as federal governments stood with deceased and to help victims in this hour of need.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has expressed a deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of ASI of Islamabad police and his children, sister and niece in Murree.

The federal minister extended heartfelt sympathies and condolence with the heirs of the deceased ASI of capital police.
