KARACHI - The annual dealers meeting regarding KMK Towers was held at Top City1 Karachi Office on Saturday. On the occasion, President Federations of Realtors Pakistan (FORP) Sardar Tahir Mehmood, President All Karachi Realtors Association M Rahman and President Defence and Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents Zubair Baig were the chief guests. Chaudhry Zahid Raffique, Faizan Bin Feroze, Sheikh Faisal, Imam Bizenjo, Irfan Alam and other real estate agents were also present in the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, the speakers said that the management of Top City1, first smart city of Pakistan, began the construction of “KMK Towers” in federal capital near New Islamabad International Airport (NIIAP).

The Ground Plus 16-Storey four KMK Towers, which are being constructed by KMK Constructions, will be completed in 2.6 years time, they said. They said construction of these new KMK Towers represented Top City1 commitment to continue its journey towards progress and rendering services to the country.

Management of Top City1 takes care of the investors and other allottees and gives them importance all the time, they maintained.

“It’s a landmark project and I am greatful to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Top City1 Kunwar Moeez Khan for offering us to invest their to earn more profit,” said President All Karachi Realtors Association President M Rahman.

He said people are losing jobs and businesses are going into huge loss across the world because of COVID-19 recession but here in Pakistan the situation is different. He said the Pakistani nation is a brave nation that could tackle any kind of difficulties with great courage and resilience.

“COVID-19 has a rippled effect on every business but we are lucky that the management of Top City1 is making excel by building KMK Towers” he said. He advised all the investors to invest in KMK Towers in Islamabad.
