Muqam not to let anyone impose taxes in Malakand

SWAT – Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter, President and Deputy Parliamentary Leader Engineer Amir Muqam has said that they will not let anyone impose any kind of tax in Malakand division.
The ruling elite should be ashamed of its inability, as instead of providing relief and basic necessities of life to people, they are putting more burdens on already stressed masses, he said. He said if the so-called representatives of Pakhtuns tried to implement taxes in Malakand division forcibly, they would launch civil disobedience movement. He stressed that the people should be united under the PML-Q flag in order to obtain their rights, otherwise they will be deprived of the available resources, and thus their movement for new provinces of Hazara and Malakand will be of no avail.
Muqam was addressing a huge public gathering at Khwaza Khela where Mohammad Aziz Khan, Tal Hayat Khan, Kaki Khan, Umar Khitab, Anwar ul Haq, and Ismail resigned from their ANP membership and joined PML-Q here on Saturday. On this occasion, Ex-MPA Qaimos Khan, Ali Shah Khan, Wali Rahman and others also addressed.
