Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar says Sialkot-Kharian Motorway is an important project and it will go a long way in establishing P3 program and paving the way for more similar projects and transactions in the future.

He expressed these views while chairing meeting to review various projects under Public-private partnership mode.

He said we need to make well-structured PPPs to attract more investment and increase the efficiency of these investments and these projects would help to provide good road infrastructure facilities in collaboration with private sector.
