PPP, ANP activists join JI

MARDAN – Several local activists of Pakistan People’s Party and Awami National Party have announced joining Jamaat-e-Islami.The activists of these two parties belong to Begut Gunj union council of provincial constituency PK 24. They include ANP’s Tehsinullah, Saqibul Hussan, Sher Ali, Imran Khan, Majid, Kamran, Jahanzeb Khan, Ajab Gul, Mustafa, Zahid, Asif, Israr, Salman, Farooq, Zeeshan, Shahid and Fahim and PPP Irfan, Ismail, Rasheed, The JI office-bearer district vice ameer Anwar Bag, Attaur Rehman advocate, Saed Akhtar advocate and others thanked the new entrants to the party for expressing confidence in the leadership of the party. Speaking on the occasion, they blamed that ANP leaders and said that they are busy in corruption and left Pakhtuns on the mercy of Allah. “The ANP leaders had deviated from the party philosophy of serving the masses and were now busy in minting money”.They added. They said that rampant corruption and lawlessness in the country was due to poor governance and lack of competent leadership. They said that PPP and ANP leaders have failed to provide relief to the masses. They said that bad governance and corruption had been destroying the society. They also appealed the masses to strengthen the hands of JI leaders to drive the country out of crises.
