PESHAWAR   -  National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorised investigation against Galaxy Housing Scheme Pushtakhara Peshawar for cheating public at large. 

As per details, a probe was initiated against the housing society after receiving several complaints. During the course of initial probe, it was discovered that ‘Galaxy Housing Scheme’ was launched in 2004. The management has completely violated laws pertaining to housing schemes.  

Similarly, the management has failed to obtain No-objection certificate (NOC) from Peshawar Development Authority (PDA). Despite lapse of a period of 17 years, no development work has been carried out. It is worth to mention that FIR has also been lodged against the management of the housing scheme by PDA. 

DG NAB Brig (Retd) Farooq Awan assured the general public that NAB would continue to provide relief to general public. He requested general public to be wary of such fake housing schemes and play their part in drive against such businesses by approaching NAB about such schemes.
