LAHORE Provincial Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan said that the PML-N on coming to power will apprehend former Law Minister Babar from among the persons accused of killing former Chairperson Benazir Bhutto. Talking to mediamen before the start of Punjab Assembly session here on Monday. Rana Sana said that the PML-N on coming to power, will lay hand on Babar Awan who will, as approver, reveal the name of those who actually killed Benazir Bhutto on December 27, 2007. He said the killers of BB were the same persons who now feel offended by the fateha Nawaz Sharif offered at her grave on December 10. He said the legs of those elements are wobbling since Nawaz Sharif announced to track down the killers of Benazir Bhutto and the process will start with the apprehension of Babar Awan, who would then disclose name of the entire group involved in her killing. To a question on the Punjab Opposition demand for carving out another province out of Punjab and presentation of resolution by them in this behalf, he said his party never opposed creation of more provinces in Punjab, Sindh or Khyber KP for the sake of facilitating the people administratively. However, he said, the Parliament (National Assembly) in the first instance has to pass a resolution for the creation of a new province and same will be referred to the province concerned for action. It is a constitution requirement and the government was following it, he said adding, the PML-N will not become part of the 'drama PPP and PML(Q) wanted to play under the cloak of 'new province. He said to a question that Nawaz Sharif has promised with the Sindhis to arrest the killers of Benazir Bhutto which he would do and also try Pervez Musharraf under Article 6 of the Constitution for high treason.
