ISLAMABAD - One of the founding members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Adnan Kayani will join Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz along with a number of senior PTI leaders from the Federal Capital, and formal announcement in this connection is likely on Tuesday (today). Sources in PML-Nawaz aware of the development informed TheNation that a senior party leader from Islamabad, accompanying Adnan Kayani, would meet Mian Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday, adding that they along with other party leaders would formally get inducted in the PML-N. Sources informed that Adnan Kayani was dormant in the party for quite sometime and was not happy over the induction of elect-able from other parties in PTI. After developing a series of differences with party policy, Adnan Kayani decided to leave the party along with his group, they said. They said having a series of meetings with the PML-N leader from Islamabad he finally decided to join the party. Sources said though Adnan Kayani was unconditionally joining PML-N, there was a tacit understanding that he would be considered while awarding the party ticket from NA-48.
