The judge also directed SHO to submit report till December 14 after conducting inquiry of petitioner Missal Khan whether he was the actual father of Sapna Khan or not. The case took a dramatic change when Khosas counsel Zubair Khalid revealed in the court that Missal Khan was not the actual father of Sapna Khan. Faisal Khan; however, continued crying that Dost Khosa and his partners in crime kidnapped his sister and killed her and, he would not forgive and forget the blood of his sister. Earlier, during the course of hearing, the Judge rebuked over the delaying tactic by SHO for recording the statement of Missal Khan, who filed contempt of court petition against police. Race Course SHO submitted report before the court that police had visited Missal Khans house but petitioner was not available.
