Angela Aggeler, US Charge d’Affaires to Pakistan Thursday called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), said a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Matters of mutual interest, regional security situation including Afghanistan and bilateral cooperation in different fields were discussed during the meeting.

Chief of Army Chief has stressed global efforts to address evolving situation in Afghanistan particularly the humanitarian crisis.

The visiting dignitary appreciated Pakistan’s role and efforts for regional peace and stability.
