Youth gunned down a woman after an exchange of hot words here on Tuesday and escaped the scene.

According to details, Naseem Bibi 50, visited the house of her daughter, Sana, in the Shad Bagh area of Lahore and got annoyed over the presence of a youth Haider with her daughter.

An exchanged of hot words took place between the woman and youth after which accused Haider shot death Naseem Bibi.

The culprit along with the deceased's daughter Sana fled the scene of crime.

The police after registering a case against the culprits started raids for their arrest.
