The recent performance of Islamabad police deserves appreciation, as they have been successful in preventing a series of terrorist plots, in the outskirts of the capital city. They have recovered large caches of weapons and taken out at least two terrorist cells, operating in the capital. The cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi have been saved from a horrendous terrorist act. The police require the assistance of the citizens to combat terrorism.
