MARDAN:- Body of a three-year-old girl was recovered from a drain in Takht Bhai area here, police officials said on Tuesday. The body was retrieved by the employees of Tehsil Municipal Administration while they were cleaning the drainage system of Mohallah Mian Muhib Shah. The deceased girl has been identified as Umama daughter of Abdur Raziq. After recovery, the body of the minor girl was shifted to Mardan Medical Complex (MMC) for medico-legal formalities. The police, however, said that missing report of the girl was registered at Shahro Shah police station. According to the MMC doctors, the child died accidentally.–Staff Reporter
