Islamabad   -   Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmad Thursday called for ensuring full implementation of the Constitution for the betterment of the people of this country. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad, he said making of the constitution is the responsibility of the Parliament.  However, he said, if the Constitution is not being implemented in true spirit then the court comes in and enforces it by its own judgment.
