Pervaiz announces ceasefire with PTI

ISLAMABAD - Federal Minister for Information Senator Pervaiz Rashid on Wednesday announced a ceasefire with PTI asking Imran Khan to join hands with government to defeat the enemies of the country.
While talking to media here, the minister urged PTI to leave verdicts on alleged election rigging to the courts and whatever the decision would come should be accepted.
He also said that Imran should understand the spirit displayed by the government, under which governments were formed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan and retained the governor in Sindh.
He said the Prime Minister’s determination has been implemented through Zarb-e-Azb and Karachi operation to defeat terrorism.  He said that the incidents like Karachi bus attack would not weaken our national commitment, but strengthen its resolve to fight the menace of terrorism.
He strongly condemned the dastardly attack on a bus in Karachi.
He said that such `cowardly attacks’ by terrorists cannot discourage the nation’s resolve to root out terrorism in Pakistan.
The information minister said a community has been targeted in Karachi which is known as highly responsible and peaceful and working for establishment of hospitals, schools and other welfare schemes.
