Accountability Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in corruption reference filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for holding assets beyond the known sources of income.

The finance minister is in London due to health issues.

As the hearing resumed today at NAB court, Judge Muhammad Bashir asked about Dar. Upon which his lawyer told the court that he is London due to cardiac issues and cannot come back to Pakistan at least for next four to six weeks.

Furthermore, Dar's lawyers filed application for representative of Dar during hearings but court rejected it.
