KHANEWAL - The Punjab Sports Festival 2012 has been concluded but players, organisers and officials of the event are still waiting for daily allowance and honorarium.  According to details, players, organisers and officials had lodged complaints to the Commissioner that in other tehsils prizes and dues had already been paid but payments were not made in Khanewal.At which, the Commissioner asked the DCO to submit written reply about the complaint but TMA Administrator Asif Ali Furrakh had miss-reported to the Commissioner that all the dues of players and officials in the tehsils had been distributed.Players of the Sports Festival Sania Khan, Nida Batool, Rifat, Nazia, Hussain Abbas, Adnan Qaisar , matches referees Nasir Ali Rehmani, Waheed Aslam, Nadeem Butt, Mohammad Idees, Noman Younis ,event organizers Abrarul Haq, Abid Shah, Rizwan, Usman , and District Officials Pervez Khan, Mohammad Irfan, Mohammad Tahir, Abdul Razzaq, Khalid Mehar, Naveed Akhtar and Imran Ashraf and several others protesting against administrator TMA have demanded Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif to take action against the officers who damaged the repute of this mega event.
