SHC expresses dissatisfaction over police steps on recovery of missing persons

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has expressed dissatisfaction, over steps taken by police for recovery of 5 missing persons and issued notices to DG Rangers Sindh and IG Sindh for March 7.

A 2-member bench of SHC led by Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh took up the case for hearing today. The court while expressing dissatisfaction over the steps taken by police on the petitions seeking recovery of 5 persons, who went missing in Karachi, issued notices to DG Rangers Sindh and IG Sindh Police till March, 7.

The court directed them to appear before it on March 7 and file before it complete information about missing persons. The court also ordered that the case of these missing persons be registered in the police station from whose jurisdiction they have gone missing.
