LAHORE - Former commissioner Rawalpindi Capt ® Muhammad Mahmood has been arrested in the Rawalpindi Ring Road scam here, sources said yesterday. The sources said that the Anti-Corruption Department authorities arrested the former commissioner after collecting evidence of his alleged involvement in the Ring Road scam. According to them, Land Acquisition Commissioner for the Ring Road project, Waseem Tabish, has already been arrested in this case. The sources said that the government is speedily investigating the road scandal and would make the report public soon.
