Socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian was one of the big bidders at Elizabeth Taylors jewellery auction in New York on Tuesday, paying a reported 40,000 for bangles once owned by the movie icon. Taylors gem collection set a new world record after it fetched 74 million and became the most valuable private collection of jewels ever sold at auction.
