LAHORE – Cleanliness is the half of Islamic faith and we should prove ourselves as good citizen by keeping the environment of our surrounding clean and spotless
This was the upshot of speakers who spoke at a seminar subjected: “Health and Cleanliness” organized under the auspices of Al-Ajam Boy Scouts Welfare Association for Disabled Persons here on Sunday, says a press release.
Those who spoke on the occasion included Presidential award winner scout Maqsood Chughtai, Syed Mohammad Tahir, Saleem Aali, Mohammad Javed, Mohammad Amjad, Maqsood Ch, Abdul Jabbar Ch, Hassan Waqas, Hafiz Mustaab, Abdul Jabbar Butt and singer Imran Sheera.
While appreciating the noble cause, Syed Tahir said that the level of discipline, the boy scouts have showed, was an example to follow while Maqsood Ch claimed that he has been participating these practical activities since a long time. Mohammad Javed emphasised the boy scouts and common people that special people should not be taken as a burden, instead we should become a helping hand of these disable persons. At the end, singer Imran Sheera enthrilled the participants by singing folk songs.
