KRL hold PCAA 1-1 in Pakistan Premier Football League

LAHORE   - The match between defending champions Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) and Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) ended in a 1-1 draw in the 13th Pakistan Premier Football League at Qasim Bagh Football Stadium, Multan. In the 2nd minute of the first half, Alamgir Ali Khan scored a goal for KRL but it was soon equalized by Sohail of CAA to level the score at 1-1. At the end of the first half, the match was locked at 1-1 draw. The second half started with a well planned attack by KRL but only to be seen missing three very good chances of the scoring through corners and PCAA also missed two corners. The match was locked at 1-1 draw at the scheduled time when the final whistle came from referee Ahmed Rauf. PCAA had them to blame for missing some easy chances that came their ways. Referee Muhammad Ahmed Rauf supervised the match and was assisted by Dilawar Khan and Mehboob Ali. PCAA will meet SSGC in next match on August 20 while KRL will play its next match against Lyallpur Club on August 21.
