Victory of Taliban in Afghanistan welcomed 

ISLAMABAD - Religio-political parties and organisations have welcomed the victory of Taliban in Afghanistan and congratulated Taliban leadership for taking over control in Afghanistan. They also termed the Taliban’s dominance in Afghanistan as a victory for the entire Muslim world.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Isam-F (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazl Rehman, in a statement, congratulated the Tehreek-e-Islami Taliban Afghanistan on its dominance in Afghanistan. He also assured cooperation and assistant to Taliban needed from JUI-F.

He said as a result of continuous struggle and sacrifices Taliban were able to get freedom from the foreign forces who had occupied Afghanistan since decades.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman expressed optimism that through a good and balanced strategy, Taliban would establish a peaceful and stable Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, Wifaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan has also felicitated Afghan Taliban leadership over the visible dominance in Afghanistan.

The leaders of Wifaq-ul-Madaris in a statement said that Taliban’s victory in Afghanistan was the victory of Muslim world. The statement said that the Afghan Taliban’s victory has proved that Allah helps those who fight for peace and Shariat.

On the other hand Awami National Party (ANP) leader Aimal Wali Khan has said that ANP had no like and dislikes in Afghanistan. He said that ANP had always raised slogan of peace and prosperity in Afghanistan. Dialogues and peace, he said, was the only way forward to the resolution of Afghan crisis.

Aimal Wali said that ANP will accept the government elected by the people of Afghanistan.
